We have members from countries all around the world & you may hear many languages spoken. We are also LGBTQIA+ friendly, it's a safe place to be! We have several different levels of cardio so you will find a class that gets you motivated! Vacationers welcome with no reservations needed.
Our monthly memberships on the menu below can be cancelled at anytime with no strings attached. Punch card purchases are always final sales. Treat your punch card like a gift card, not refunded/replaceable if lost.

Happy to share that even with multiple classes per day, I feel better and am lifting heavier than I ever have. The most important part is that my class friends and I are doing this injury free! Happy to share my knowledge with everyone in my classes! YOUR success is the WHY I enjoy doing this daily!

Our studio's success has never been about me, that's why I never have called it Beth's Zumba etc. It about the amazing friends that feel like family! There are so many of you that have been with us since the beginning!
