You'll find weight classes on our morning schedule as well as cardiovascular classes. Weight classes will help build & tone muscle. Mornings you will find Beth, Janet & Michelle teaching a variety of strength classes as well as our signature cardio class Zumba®. We are professionally licensed instructors with designations such as AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Assoc. of America), ACE (American Council on Exercise) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
Yael's Zumba®/dance fitness classes are in the evenings and weekends. Cardio classes increase your heart rate which will help a lot of normal body functions including increasing your daily calorie burn! Caloric burn depends on the individual and how much you are moving as well as your resting heart rate. Join the party!
Cindy & Quyen both teach our "Gold" classes which are always low impact and always high energy! Perfect for seniors or anyone looking for low impact dance fitness classes. On our schedule, look for classes that say Zumba Gold® or Stretch & Strengthen with a chair.
We love our clients, so feel free to drop in any class of your choice. No reservations needed, you can pay online on this site or at the door. Classes on the above schedule are happening!
